NeedMoreVisits is a free promoting circuits network. Every member has to respect the following terms and conditions in order to guarantee an high quality service.
In the following we will use the term "spot" to indicate banners, buttons and links.

1. When you join NeedMoreVisits we will give you HTML code to put on your web pages. It cannot be modified in any of its parts, it is personalized with your user code and it has been designed to avoid losing credits due to the caching policy of the browser.
2. Every time one of your pages with our HTML code is displayed, you earn a credit.
   
3. The free credits you get when you join us will be consumed at the speed you display the banners on your site. In particular one of your free credits is consumed every 3 spots you display.
4. You will earn 100 credits for the members you bring to us only when each of them has displayed 200 spots.
5. Your spot will be displayed on the sites of other approved members, but not on yours.
6. Your site or spot will not be accepted if they are adult oriented in any way, if they have anything to do with software pirating, hacking or phreaking, or if they contain any illegal activity subject.
   They will not be accepted if they are found to be inappropriate, based solely on our discretion.
   Furthermore the Flash spot cannot handle mouse or keyboards events different from the OnClick.
   
7. To earn more credits you can put the HTML code on more than one page, but you cannot artificially inflating traffic through the use of meta-refresh commands, auto spawning of browsers, automatic redirecting of users, programs, hidden frames, java pop ups, robots, or any other technique of generating automatic impressions.It is also prohibited to require users to click on the advertisers spot before entering any area of your web site. You can't put the same HTML code on the same pages more than once. You can't put the same HTML code on more than one site, you have to create a different account for each one.
   
8. Anyone who tries to artificially inflate traffic or illegally earn credits will be banned from the network and can be prosecuted.
   We have a zero tolerance policy for cheaters.
9. The page you have specified in your account as destination for the clicks on your spot has to contain our HTML code.
   
10. HTML code must be placed in the page so that the spots of NeedMoreVisits are displayed on top of spots of other networks, and so that they have a good visibility.
    Moreover our HTML code cannot be inserted neither in pages with more than four 468x60 banners nor in pages with little text and much banners.
    
11. The accounts will be automatically deleted after one month of inactivity. We consider an account inactive if it's not approved and doen not display any spot.
12. Members agree to indemnify and hold NeedMoreVisits harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damage, attorney fees, any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright and trade mark violation, as well as any other claims resulting from host or advertisers web pages.
    
13. NeedMoreVisits reserves the right to change the terms of our policies and procedures at any time. Therefore you are responsible to periodically check our Terms And Conditions in order to accept or decline them. If you decline them you have to delete your account.
14. The sites that do not respect one or more of the above conditions can be removed from the network without any prior notice.
